Almost never a wait! In-Network with many major Insurances – including Medicare and Tricare!
As an out of state, first time patient, I feel I received good care and most of the people were Texas friendly. The check-in process was unfamiliar to me, but my granddaughter helped me with it. Lauren was especially helpful.
Barbara J.
I have been here twice, once for my foster daughter’s bronchitis and once for my grandson’s allergies. They diagnosed both and prescribed exactly what they needed. Both got back on the road to recovery quickly. So worth the visit. I will not hesitate to go for myself if ever needed. The appointments are so easy to schedule online.
Karen M.
Thankfully we have this clinic close by. They are efficient and fast. If you need antibiotics they would give the first dose, that helps a lot when you are not feeling well with a infection. Everytime we go there everybody is nice and helpful.
Hands down my favorite Urgent Care! They are always so empathetic, and caring! They continue to provide excellent customer care! From the front desk to the nurse, to the providers! It's worth the wait for sure. I have yet to have a bad experience, from my care to my kids, we have all been seen there and it's alway a great experience (other than us being sick).Thank you all for staying consistent, I pray that never changes!
Alicia A.
I’ve been and brought my family to this location several times and never had a bad experience. I absolutely credit them having taken a huge part in saving my husbands life when he had covid a few years ago. We wound up having to go back yesterday for an injury and they were fantastic. If you get the chance ask for Adri, he brought so much light into the room with his humor and expressions, he took a bit of a scary situation for us and we left laughing. We will absolutely be back next time we’re in need
Bethany R.
Checked in and the nurse Angela was so sweet and made me feel I was being listened to! She also said sing while she swabbed my throat and it was the first time ever I did not gag! She was great!!!!!
Cindi B.
Been here on multiple occasions and all of them are super friendly. Love being able to check in on my phone so I don’t have to wait inside and they call when ready.
Jacob H.
Great people. Very courteous. I’ve been there twice & will go back again in the event I need some help. Loved the Nurse Practitioner. Very informative.
Carol B.
This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The staff was professional, personable, and kind while I was there for a pretty involved appointment. So grateful that I heard about them and that they will be there for me in the future!
Jennifer M.
I’ve visited this clinic on several occasions and have had exceptional experiences each time. The staff is always professional and friendly, clinic is clean, and I love how easy it is to register for a same day visit. I highly recommend using CommunityMed
Kellie H.
They are very efficient and personable! They even sent me a message and said don't forget your ID at the front desk! For an urgent care all of our visits have always been very thorough and we felt heard
Pamela M.
The ONLY urgent care place I trust with my kids. From the front staff to the medical professionals, they’re amazing! They listen and help you quickly and efficiently. Amazing people and who go the extra mile to help you feel comfortable! Thanks y’all!

While traveling in our RV, my husband and I both caught a cold. We were directed to Community Med by a local doctor and could not have been more pleased with the prompt, professional and competent medical services we received there. They even saw us together! Made me wish we lived in the area! Thank you so much!
Barb K.
Excellent experience, probably would have ended up in the hospital if it wasn’t for them. Had went to the Community Med in Prosper the week before where they didn’t believe me that I was sick after feeling awful for two weeks. Ended up at this clinic a week later and they had to do a chest x-ray and ekg because my heart rate went up to 150s. I’m so grateful for their care. I’ve been a nurse mostly in hospitals for nine years.
Amanda G.
This was my first time going here and I will definitely go back if or when I need care again. All the staff were great!! I really liked the idea that you can get a walk in visit or you can make an appointment. I was in and out fast and that is very important when you feel horrible.
The nurse was extremely friendly, funny, and very welcoming. We actually had a nice conversation about life in the small amount of time I was there. The doctor then came in and was to the point, comforting, and also humored me considering my state. If I ever need urgent care, I will be visiting Community Med. again. Thank you!
Jacqueline B.
This urgent care facility really is the best one I have ever been to after going to numerous different big named ones in the past more than a few times each my expectations for quality urgent care has been pretty low since the others have never really gave proper care for basic sickness’s. I wasn’t asked to write this by them for any benefit and they never even mentioned to please leave a review but felt it was just really deserving of one. The three different employees with different job titles I interacted with were more than awesome and the treatment was done thorough and with common sense along with some overkill to make sure everything was taken care of in chance it may have been something not currently showing up on the three different things they tested for. This location was down the road from my home and they have other locations but I’d gladly drive an hour plus just to come back to this one if was necessary. Thanks to everyone who took care of me here, I don’t even write reviews much ever but am more than happy to leave this one.
Jeff was my provider, and a young African American lady. I could not get her name off her name tag. I should have asked because I wanted to let management know how incredible both of them were . But they were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, they were compassionate and aggressively found out what was wrong with me and treated me. They were very kind, had me laughing and feeling much better by the time I left. Anytime I need Expert Medical care, I go to community Med urgent care in Aubrey. Every one I've ever had there has been outstanding. But I was really sick the other night and even though I'm a nurse I was feeling very vulnerable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Barb A.
Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Provider Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. He provided a lot of educational advice that helped me understand my health issue. He gave me a prescription to help me with my problem and gave me a couple of recommendations to a specialist. He was thorough and was worth the wait. It was busy and they were running behind but understand. Ryan makes sure he takes care of each patient and not feel rushed. Me and my family have been coming here for a year and have the best experience and extraordinary patient care. Highly recommend and will return. Very convenient to have locally and sometimes rather come here than my primary office. Thank you everyone for all you do and for caring for me and my family!
JLo G.
Best place ever when you’re feeling sick. The doctor was extremely professional and helpful and joyful!! The staff is terrific aswell! I received all the help I needed!
Mrs. B.
Friendly, professional staff. I had to get drug test for new job on New Years Eve. Logged into to their web site and signed up for only available slot that was 2p. The receptionist called me and asked if I could come in earlier as they were closing at 3p, which worked great for me. Once I got there they called me in within 10 minutes and the nurse was great. Everything was done within a few minutes and I was out the door.I’ve also been here once before with my daughter who had the flu. We were walk-ins so had to wait about an hour, but they were friendly and got us in as quickly as possible. With all the Covid and sick kids in there it was fine for us to wait a bit. And once in they took care of my daughter. Gave her Covid and flu tests and found she just had the flu. Gave her prescription and got her out.Compared to other urgent care places I’ve dealt with, this is a well run place with friendly and professional staff.Highly recommend based on our experience.
Barry L.
Doctors and Medical Staff are phenomenal. My Family and Myself come here for our medical needs. They make us feel comfortable in every way even if we are in pain. It's fast and easy. Thank you so much for taking care of us.
Vanessa L.
The providers at Crossroads Community Med took the time to listen to my concerns and to let me know they cared. They provided excellent care and services. Thank you.
Jackie J.
I needed a last minute school physical for my son & the Crossroads Clinic got us in and out so easily! The gal at the front desk was pleasant & helpful, Eric & Ryan were a top notch team who were very attentive to my son & even had good conversation with him. Thank you for always being great anytime we need you!
Lisa V.
Patrick was excellent in the process of being tested. We have been there 3 times and each time has been excellent.
Robert R.
I had a great experience with CommunityMed. I was able to get in very quickly, the staff is very friendly and has been this way each time I have visited this facility Their level of care and consistency is on another level. They have a really good team of health experts and I would recommend them to anyone.
Victoria F.
Everyone at this facility are super friendly and most importantly know exactly what they are doing! I was visiting a friend in Aubrey when I ran into an emergency and needed stitches. They did a amazing job!
Aamir H.
The best urgent care clinic. I registered online Wednesday night and was able to schedule an appointment the following morning at 8am. I like the virtual waiting room in which I waited in my car for the medical assistant to call me to do the triage that took a few minutes. I was able to enter the clinic and was greeted by the receptionist who was very sweet and pleasant. She checked me in and I was immediately called back. The medical assistant was also very friendly and kind and made me feel at ease as I was very nervous. It only took a few minutes to take my vitals and within a minute or so the provider came in. Provider Jim was awesome! He was professional, friendly, kind, funny, understood my situation and related to my situation. He diagnosed the issue I was having and gave me solutions that would help solve my problem. He also gave me the freedom to make the choice for what works best for me. No pressure from him at all, which I'm not used to. My appointment from check-in to when I left was 30 minutes. Very little wait time. The clinic is very clean and I appreciate how cautious they are by decreasing my exposure with other patients to avoid catching whatever sickness they may have. I am so glad that they are here to serve our community. I highly recommend CommunityMed at Cross Roads. I will be a returning patient and plan to have my family go there as well. A big thank you to Provider Jim, and his team!
Jennifer G.
Great Professionals, Great Service, Clean and Quick!! From Start to Finish this is the place to be when you are not up to par!! I would highly recommend Comm Med to Everyone!!
Mary T.
The staff was great. Setup appt., was in and out in 45 minutes. Dr. Ryan was a gem. They put the Prescriptions in and picked up in 30 minutes across the street. Would definitely use this facility again. Reasonable prices too.
Vivian G.
I have used this facility 4 or 5 times, and each time the experience has been exceptional. They are fast, friendly, and each staff member goes the extra mile. I can't imagine how busy and frustrating their days must be, but they never show it. Highly recommend.
Jennifer D.
Had a great experience at CommunityMed urgent Care. Their online registration process is very easy to use. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The provider, Val, provided excellent care. Highly recommend
Courtney R.
The only complaint I had was sitting out in the parking lot trying to register. Next time I will go in. The people inside were real nice, quick, clean, and knowledgeable. Thanx.
Jimbo Ponder (.
Wonderful and such helpful people. Hannah is such a blessing with care for others. The doctor also was great and informative. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
Cynthia R.
Went for covid testing. Super efficient and very personable staff. The entire facility was remarkably clean
Barbara M.
WOW!!! I had to take my newborn in, which is scary in itself, especially with Covid. I called and the lady on the phone was friendly and polite. When I arrived, the girls up front were both kind and helpful. I had an hour wait, there’s a Starbucks next door so it was no big deal. When we were told to come in, we were immediately brought back. The nurse was so sweet and careful with the baby. The doctor blew me away. He should work in pediatrics! He was hilarious and very energetic. He explained things thoroughly and we left feeling so relieved. I thought urgent cares had a terrible reputation, but this experience was awesome!
Emily B.
I have been three times for visits and extremely satisfied with the staff, doctors at this location. They take walk-in… go front give your name, phone then they ask yo to go back your and fill in why you need to be seen. You receive a phone call in less than 15 minutes.I’m pretty impressed by how professional and friendly doctors.Noemi
Noemi C.
I came here for a COVID test and the staff was super friendly! Setting the appointment was easy, and they got me in when no other places were available. I had to wait a few minutes extra in my car because of a setback, but once they got me in I was in and out in 15 min. My results came in after an hour so I did not have to wait long at all. Loved the experience!
Ashlyn B.
I am very pleased with this place. The people working there are very generous and they show that they care for their patients. I was in A LOT of pain and Alexa didn't hesitate to get me in right away. She was very helpful and I will recommend others about this place...
Joe G.
Run like a well oiled machine and not pushing any unnecessary tests, X-rays or blood work. Well done!! Thank you for actually caring and for your honest approach to health care.
Holly G.
My husband and I went in together. We were not feeling good. From the start the care was amazing. The front desk, the nurse and the PA did a wonderful job. It didn’t take long to get in and the care was fast and helpful. Thanks for the care!
Jeanette H.
Very happy I found this location!I have a CareNow pretty close to me but they close at 5:00pm and I did not want to go to the ER and pay an arm and leg. The staff was very friendly, professional and straight forward for what I needed. I highly recommend going here!
Alyssa T.
Staff was very professional. I got registered quickly and was seen by a provider right away. I thought it was a little pricey for the visit but but I guess with not having insurance, I probably saved money. I’d definitely go back if I had too.
Gregory D. M.
This is the best urgent care clinic, I have ever been too, & I have been to quite a few. To give credibility to this review, I am a 30 year Army Veteran who worked in US Army medical facilities. The VA support is great here & after hours they refer you to VA urgent care partners. The first one I went to needs to be closed. So I looked up this one, it was a 20 minute drive but we'll worth it. Got scheduled immediately, everyone there was super friendly, patient focused & genuinely caring. Justine my PA, besides being drop dead gorgeous, took her time, was very through & checked me on everything from strip throat, flu, Sirius infection, & COVID, even though I had my shots in January. She give me shot sent me home with a prescription & bed rest! This will be my partner for my health care forever! Thank you Community Med Family Urgent Care, your team is truly amazing, great way to treat a Vet on Memorial Day!!! Gloria (US Army, 🇺🇸 retired LTC)

I fell hard on a concrete floor, twisting my ankle and landing firmly on my elbow. I was in extreme pain and went to Community Med for help. My husband went in and a staff member followed him with a wheelchair for me. I was treated with kindness and gentleness.I had x-rays done and my arm and ankle securely wrapped and sent home all within an hour. We were there half an hour longer than they were open, but I never felt rushed or like anyone was impatient having to stay late. I appreciated that. I most definitely recommend Community Med.One tiny suggestion would be, put a box of tissues in the x-ray room, so when someone cries because they're hurting, they can have a tissue. 😢A huge thank you to everyone there who helped me out with such care and professionalism. Deb Armstrong (aka "dub") lol
Deb A.
They were fantastic. Quick and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again. That was my second trip to Community Urgent Care within a couple of weeks for 2 different problems I was lucky to get the same NP Jamie Rogers. I’m so impressed with her and her knowledge. She gets me fixed up, feeling better and on my way. I highly recommend this facility.Everyone is very helpful. Your able to get in and out.
Judith L.
CommunityMed Crossroads: I had a very pleasant experience there. Everyone was so nice and polite. The receptionist, the tech, and the doctor were great!! I will go there from now on.
Chris W.
Our second time visiting and Doc was great yet again!! He’s so up beat and made our visit so seamless. He took care of my son and we left feeling extremely cared for. Thank you also to the front desk for being so nice to us and making us feel at home.
Elsy G.
Very clean and well managed with a kind and caring, professional and personable staff. My family and I went for covid test after a recent exposure (all negative) and we had results within the hour (on a Friday evening!). My 1st grader was naturally unhappy for the nasal swabbing (tip: just sit on your hands and count to 4 and it will be over) but they had small toys waiting for him to cheer him up and were very compassionate and got the job done! We have a choice in Urgent Care facilities and my families choice is now with CommunityMed Family Urgent Care. 🙂
Marnie S.
This is one of the cleanest facility (In Cross Roads) I have ever been in. The staff here is very professional and friendly. Even though it was my first time being there, I was treated as a long time patient. Thanks for the work you’re doing to help the community and I definitely recommend this facility to anyone near by.
Jr. K.
I love this office and the staff. They always take such great care of us. Ryan has an amazing bedside manner! You will love visiting Community Med of Cross Roads!
Melody K.
Everyone was very nice and informative. I schedule the appointment the day before to have my son tested for COVID. We got there early, checked in; ten minutes later they called and asked a few questions and we went in. From the time we checked in from the car to getting back into the car was probably 20 minutes. Received the results within 10 minutes of leaving. We don’t want to have to go again, but if we do need medical attention, we will come back!
Jessica M. C.
Everybody we had interaction with was absolutely wonderful! From the initial phone call to see if they could treat my child’s needs, to the front desk personnel, to the nurse practitioner. This is not a place you want to have to go to, but if you do, you will be in good hands. Highly recommend this place!Had to visit again unexpectedly. Even my 13 year old son was talking about how nice everyone was here. If we ever have an urgent need this will always be our “go-to” place!
Nikki S.
CommunityMed Family Urgent Care is the best! All the staff is great. Any time I’m injured or sick, that’s where I go. They are all very kind and caring and do a great job!
Sandee E
Even though it sometimes takes a while to be “seen”, the staff at Community Med Urgent Care is great. Due to school and work requirements, my family has needed to be tested for Covid several times and they are always so helpful and informative. Once you’re in the office, they are super quick!
Jemma B.
Staff was very kind and efficient. Didn’t have to wait long at all. There were 3 other patients before me, and I was able to be seen within 5 minutes.
Rocky L.
If you're in need of urgent care, I would highly recommend this place. I called a little before six and got an appointment for seven. Ryan was awesome and I really appreciate his candor and calm and commentary. Thank you to everyone who helped 🙂
Christina R.
Went in to get relief from a horrible sinus infection/allergy attack. Late Sunday night I was able to make an appointment any time on Monday. They saw me very quickly and I was out and got my medicine within about 30 minutes. From registering, checking in and out at the front desk, the MA and the NP - everyone was FABULOUS, KIND, HELPFUL, UNDERSTANDING AND JUST GREAT! I worked in Medical for 30 years and this is hands down the best experience I have ever had. And it's not just once - I have gone several times and my family members have also !!!!!! TEN STARS!!
Karen D.
This was my first visit to this facility. I was greeted by an Extremely pleasant and courteous staff. I was feeling quite ill, the staff did everything they could to try and make me more comfortable. Professionalism with kindness. The NP was through, and very knowledgeable. I felt very safe in their hands. My thanks to them all.
Linda W.
I first heard of CommunityMed Lantana-Bartonville Urgent Care On our neighborhood Facebook post of another person who had a very positive experience. I have a regular physician in Flower Mound but as often with very large practices there are communication problems and I never got a call back for a appointment.... I had no difficulty obtaining an appointment with CommunityMed Lantana, they have an efficient system with good Covid standards. Exceptional friendly staff, who were very helpful, I was able to get the needed lab work and out the door with a prescription in almost no time flat! They treat routine and urgent conditions, I definitely and recommend them. I will gladly use their services again. I feel they are all very knowledgeable which gave me a great deal of confidence in diagnosis and treatment plan.
Marilyn C.
Easy in and out during Covid restrictions.Stay in your car; text; wait your turn; go in and be seen. The wait for the doctor never seems long (unlike CareNow which is always over an hour even with an appointment!). More like 10-15 minutes but I do recommend making an appointment and filling out the paperwork online at home before you arrive.Covid tests include nasal and mouth swabs. We got results back in less than 72 hours! Also went in for something non-Covid related. Saw the doctor within 10 minutes of getting to the exam room and was out of there in less than an hour (and most of that was waiting for possible injection reaction). We have no complaints! We will definitely use this facility again... although we’d rather just opt to stay healthy and not have to. 😉
Cj T.
Excellent experience here today. It was very easy to make an appointment online. I also liked that I was able to fill out all of my paperwork online, as well. Like their website states, once you have an appointment time, you simply wait in your car until it's your turn to enter the clinic. The test was fast and painless. I would definitely recommend!
Robin M.
We had a great experience from check-in through the end of the visit. All staff were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Will definitely be back here for any urgent care matters. (This was for a Covid-19 test for myself, my husband and our teenage son. Our son was very concerned about the process-just say no to watching YouTube videos of the test before going-and the nurse did a great job of reassuring him-and the rest of us for that matter-and answering our questions before administering the test. It REALLY was NOT that bad.)
Nicki C.
Facility was clean, neat & organized, staff was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I gave only 4 stars because my appt time was 6:40 & I didn’t get called in from my car until 7:15. I realize it could have been much worse. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I needed their skills.
Mary V.
I went to this urgent care and I had a pretty bad experience. First, they told me there was something wrong with my heart and that freaked me out. Second, they said the symptoms I had were not because of my gallbladder after I told her that my family expierienced same symptoms and it ended up being the gallbladder. I felt the pain like a gallbladder attack, but it just didn't hurt when pressed. She said it wasn't that and ignored that I told her it ran in my family to have gallbladder issues and sent me to see a cardiologist. I decided to go to the ER where they ran 2 EKGs, an abdomen US, and CT scan, which confirmed more than 10 gallstones, and no heart issues. I am glad I went to the ER instead of listening to the doctors here. Everyone was polite, but I just wish I had a better experience. Also, I am now going to see a general surgeon regarding surgery.
I came here for a drug screening for school. Most places there's no appt needed so you can just walk in as long as it's within their drug screening hours. I called to make sure someone was here to do the drug screening and the person who answered sounded very annoyed that I even asked that question. I asked if there was a cut off time for drug screening, she paused and said "no but you need an appt" to which I replied "an appt for drug screening?" She paused again and said yes. When I walked in I felt that same attitude from the person at the front desk. It could be a different person but the attitude felt the same. kinda like she didn't wanna be there or that she was annoyed by something. After waiting about 15 min I was asked to send a copy of my drug screen paper to an email address which had me a little confused since that's not the normal process at other places and that I assumed at that point I wasn't in line. I asked for a possible ETA and was told "uh whenever they get to you" and that's actually understandable but it was just the tone. After another 15 min I asked what the process was, if there was only 1 person doing all things or if there was a dedicated drug screen line and that way I could form my own ETA. Again with the attitude saying that "we have other patients in front of you" to which I said "ok like 1 or 2" She replied 1.i think there was only 1 person doing everything which is fine it was all her tone. It's just frustrating. That could've just been her tone but she just sounded super annoyed just to answer any type of question from beginning to end.
Ashley C.
I used to really appreciate this place. They were speedy, kind, and efficient. HOWEVER, I do not plan to return due to the super long wait time! This was the 2nd consecutive recent visit that I had to wait in my car for over an hour before being called in... Definitely tough to do with children! They need to figure out their online scheduling issue better to prevent these problems. There is another Clinic about 3 minutes down the road with minimal wait time, and no waiting in the car.
Toni A.
I want to preface with: the office staff has always been friendly the few times we have come here. However, my wife recently had an urgent medical issue that we visited for. Without going into details about the appointment, I wanted to point out a few things that really upset us.The nurse practitioner that saw my wife made claims about what she believed to be the problem her, but they ran zero diagnostic tests (except a pregnancy test) before making these claims. The NP spent zero time discussing the symptoms or concerns my wife was having and was overall condescending and provided little to no help in the situation. Needless to say, my wife was not treated sufficiently and needed to go to the emergency room the following day. At the emergency room, the doctor ran several diagnostics before making a wildly different diagnosis. In fact, the doctor completely disagreed with the NP’s assessment. This urgent care used to be great, but I would use discretion before visiting. You must really be an advocate for yourself here, and do not allow them to devalue your concerns simply because they do not want to take the time to care for you.
Dylan J.
The sign says "Urgent Care" on the building.... someone should remove that! Made an appointment at about 2pm on Sunday and was told that my appointment time was 4:30-5pm. I waited around, arrived and checked in at 4:11. Online checkin says that someone would call me but after an hour, no call. I called them and got an answering service (not someone at the office) and she told me there were still 2 in front of me. I waited until 5:45 and went inside. People were coming out but I just didn't see anyone going in. The receptionist said I was next but it could still be 20 minutes. Yep! Finally at 6:05 I was taken back. A nurse did initial triage stuff and said the Dr would be in soon. I then waited for another 30 minutes. Sitting in the room, there just isn't anything going on outside the door. It's quiet. Like they are in no hurry at all knowing there are people lined up in the parking lot waiting to come in. I honestly think there is one nurse and one Dr. just taking their time. Finally the Dr comes in and says "what brings you in?" I said "all of the stuff in my chart", I asked if he saw my chart and he said "no". He spent about 5 minutes with me said i have the flu, and left. Giving credit where it is due, the doctor was actually really nice. About 10 minutes later, he came back with some prescriptions. Now it is too late to get them at my normal place and I have to drive way out of my way to go to a 24hr pharmacy. This was a bad experience and "Urgent" is definitely not an appropriate name for this place.
John L.
Booked an online “check-in” appointment. Online scheduling was good. I Was turned away because my license was expired. - there was no requirement or anything online. Urgent care hospital but won’t take you with an expired license.
Bryan F.
I wanted to give a better review. I have had good luck with the way they treat my children. My story is a bit different. The NP caring for me noticed my right ear was red, although it didn't hurt at the time. I was given a prescription for something else, and it was not called into my pharmacy, delaying that by over 24 hours.I had to go back into the clinic today due to the phones not being picked up, and the front desk was about as unhelpful as one could be. I asked first to have the prescription called in since I never got it, I then asked if the same NP was there that saw me, and if he could call something in for the ear he looked at, as it now hurts. She was very rude and said they had several providers and not sure if he was even there. I could see him standing in the back, she never even checked my file to see who cared for me. After going and talking to him, she told me that I would have to make another appointment for the same exact issue he pointed out to ME yesterday. After telling me they were completely booked for the day and unable to see me, I just left.I will not be visiting another community med or taking my family into one until I can get some clarity on this.A patient in pain was turned away after my insurance paid for my visit yesterday. I was not presenting any new symptoms or anything he had already not seen and acknowledged. The only reason I can imagine needing to see me again would be to bill my insurance company all over.I am disgusted with the rudeness of the staff, and it is unfortunate because this is the most convenient location for my family.2 stars only because some of the nurses are very nice and caring.
Billy P.
There is nothing urgent about this clinic. I have been here more than once and it’s the same experience each time. Even if you make an appointment you will have a 20-30 minute wait in your car. The medical staff is great but getting to them should not take so long.
Heather L.
Got a false diagnosis here on Friday and had to go back to the doctor today to actually get treated. The NP I saw was completely wrong about what I had and my doc rolled her eyes when she told me what the NP said. I even told the NP that her diagnosis was wrong and that I would have to go on antibiotics but she never listened to me, now my doc is having to treat me for real. Don't go here and waste your time, you'll have to go to a real doctor anyways so don't bother.
Kathleen G.
The attending physician was not helpful at all. She acted as if I did not truly test positive for COVID. So I basically paid to get ANOTHER positive COVID test and three ibuprofen that cost 5$. She didn’t even want to give me a doctors note to be off work with COVID. I was very dissatisfied with my visit. Also . IF you cannot treat COVID, as the attending stated, please do NOT accept patients with COVID, refer them out. Your website is very misleading which seems like you must want money instead of actually treating people. Did not even provide the results to the OTHER tests they claim they ran. Very inefficient and ineffective service. I never want to see that doctor again.

Service is fine if you can ever get seen. I'm not sure why they give you a 30-minute window for your appointment when the wait is always an hour and a half at least. The worst part is they give you no updates, and you just have to blindly wait in your car. Stop wasting your patients' time.

A text message was sent to me asking me for a Google review if I had good service. The problem is that I didn’t have any service at all. An Urgent Care center is supposed to triage patients. There was very little communication other than a sign asking to scan the QR code and wait in your car for a phone call. I assumed that the call was for triage purposes. The registration and check in was redundant and took about 20 minutes. A message came up that my window of time was 1 hour but that it could be sooner since they triaged patients. I sat and waited for a call that I assumed was going to be for that purpose. After 30 minutes of observing no one coming or going, I grabbed my mask and went inside. I was greeted very rudely by the front desk person asking what I needed. I said that I wanted to make sure they were open so that I wasn’t wasting time in my car. Her answer was equally as rude. After another 10 minutes, a lady got out of her car (still no one walking out of the clinic) with her laptop and went inside. She did not appear to be ill, but I do know that looks can be deceiving. I waited another 15 minutes and then left. I received a call about 30 minutes later by a very nice gentleman who seemed frazzled. I told him that I already left. He apologized for the delay. That is the only nice thing I can say about my “visit” that wasn’t a visit.Suggestion: either put in a field on the online check in form for the patient to say a few words about why they are there or have the front desk person make a call to the patient, especially if they are waiting in the parking lot.

R&R = Reproducibility and Repeatability is something that this place lacks the most. At this very moment we’ve been waiting for almost 1 hour, front desk clerk just keeps asking us to “wait in the car” and “wait for the triage call” while they have two other patients waiting in the reception.Let me teach you guys something. IF you work with Services, if you have a customer/end-user facing position, you could even lack a thousand of other technical skills but NEVER the very basic human skill of being kind, patient, polite and courteous with those who are the reason why your business exists, also called YOUR CLIENTS!Front desk is your business first “face to the customer”… don’t screw up a complete customer experience in the very first basic step! If dealing directly with ill and frustrated clients bother you, please, do your employer and your clients a big favor - find another business area to perform! And BTW, please accept that this check in system/process is definitely not working! It’s confusing, duplicate steps and it’s just another hurdle.

Well, gave the place another chance...Appointment was set online 530-600pm according to pre check-in at 430pm. Arrived at 520pm and completed check-in via text. Left at 620pm and they still weren't ready for my daughter. No updates while waiting except when I went inside to ensure she was checked in at 550pm. Better communication through text messages would be helpful especially since they ask you to wait in vehicle.

I do not recommend this office. I went in to have a Strep Test performed on 5/25. I was seen by a PA. I informed the nurse and the PA that I woke up with a fever that morning, and had congestion and a sore throat. The nurse said it was probably just drainage. They took a sample for the test, said they would email me the results and prescribe antibiotics if the test came back positive. I was never emailed my results. I had to call three times to get my results verbally. The woman on the phone let me know I was negative, and that was that. Three weeks later, I still have green mucous and sporadic low-grade fevers. The staff was kind, but I don’t feel that my symptoms were taken seriously. Beyond that, the visit was expensive.

Used to be an easy place to get and get out. Now with everything done online its a pain in the neck to get an appointment. Went 4 minutes down the road, walked in and was able to check in in-person without any hassle.

I made an appointment between 11 and 12. Due to traffic, it took me almost an hour to go 4 miles. I arrived before 12 and checked in but because I wasn’t there at the beginning of the hour, I was made to wait till after all the 12 to 1 patients were seen. This was not said anywhere. Not in where you initially make the appointment or after I got there. I am very Ill and made to sit in my car over an hour even tho I was there in my appointment window. I would never recommend this place because of how they treat sick people.

As soon as they bring you back they are basically already running you out the door. There is no review of your symptoms whatsoever. They basically want to just stick a swab up your nose or throat to tell you it was negative and run you off. Got swabbed for strep only to be told it came back negative- well no duh assistant swabbed my tongue and not the back of my throat! Was seen a week ago and here I am with the same symptoms still. NP told me you sound good look good you’re fine. Well I don’t feel fine! Also front desk charged me a specialty copay when in the past my EOBs from here have told me it’s only the $30 copay for primary care visit. Save your money and your time to go somewhere else. Someplace where your symptoms are heard and treated! Won’t be going back.

I have never felt so disrespected at a medical facility. Had I not felt so bad I would have complained right then. 10/10 do NOT recommend

45 minute wait to get a quick new employee drug test with out any one in the waiting room????The advertising in regards to how quickly you get patient back is DEFINITELY FALSE
James F.
Just look at their website - it reads "Almost never wait!" After 2 hours of waiting in the car, I finally call for a status. I knew and expected to have to wait, but I wouldn't have guessed more than a 45 minute wait. Anyway the lady who answered said it can be 3 hour wait. She refused to acknowledge what the website reads. Why would you not give a courtesy "it can be a 3 hr wait" to allow a patient the opportunity to find alternative.? Then you answer the phone and get defense - hey Im just telling you what your own website reads, and to be more considerate of a person's time. Never again here

Checked in online before arriving around 5:30Arrived at the Clinic and proceeded to the Front desk and asked the lady could I see a DR. She asked what was wrong and told me I needed to follow the instructions outside. I promptly told her I’d already checked in and she verified that in her computer and told me that I would be called to wait in my vehicle. 3 hrs later I’m still here in the parking lot. Watching people go in and out and vehicles leave . No call no one looked outside. NOTHING. Horrible Service. Why would any one pay forThis type of service.. Someone dropped the ball big time. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to my worse enemy. #horrible.
Thaddeus D.
I really loved this place, and they have wonderful staff however they promised to have results back within 48 hours and that they would rush the results for a surgery that I was having. Upon calling the lab, the specific test they ran does not have a rush, and takes 4-7 business days to do. After prepping for surgery for 4 days I had to cancel my appointment because they couldn't keep their promises. If they had been upfront I would have just gone elsewhere this time and used them next time. Sadly they lost a customer

Do urgent care clinics take my insurance?

We take most major insurance carriers, including Medicare and Tricare. If you are unsure about your insurance, please call your insurance provider and ask whether we are considered “in network.” Your co-pay will depend on your health insurance plan and whether an urgent care clinic is part of your insurance provider’s network. There are insurance plans that we are not in-network with but do accept and bill. If you have questions, call number on back of insurance card.

How long is your wait time?

While wait times depend on each clinic, our average visit time for patients is less than an hour, including the wait. We also allow you to check in online and complete your paperwork prior to arrival, which can reduce or eliminate your wait time.

How is urgent care different from emergency room care?

Emergency room visits are significantly more expensive than a visit to an urgent care clinic. The average ER visit in 2017 cost $1,389. That compares to roughly $100 to $250 for urgent care clinics. Go to urgent care clinics when you need medical treatment and aren’t in immediate danger, like if you had a sprain or think you have the flu. However, if you fear for your life or if you suspect you’ve had a life-threatening event like a heart attack or stroke, head to the emergency room.

Do I need an appointment for urgent care?

We welcome walk-ins and no appointments are needed. However, scheduling online allows you to secure a spot in the queue, and you can provide necessary information before visiting the clinic.
