Insurance plans can vary, so we encourage you to confirm coverage with your provider. CommunityMed Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Tricare, and will gladly file your claim to make things easy. We do not accept Medicaid. Most plans require a co-pay at the time of your visit—just bring a valid ID and proof of insurance. No insurance? We offer competitive self-pay rates.
Health insurance benefits vary, so check with your provider for details on coverage, deductibles, or co-pays for your visit. You can find their contact info on your insurance card or website. For questions about your CommunityMed Urgent Care bill, call us at (972) 996-6754 or pay online now.

Frequently Asked
Questions
My Insurance Isn’t Listed, Are You In-Network?
There are many insurances that we are not in-network with, but we accept and they allow us to bill them. For insurances that are not listed here, we highly encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card to see what coverage you have at our clinic.
Are You In-Network with Medicaid?
We are not in-network with Medicaid. We are not credentialed with any forms of Medicaid. The only government insurance we are in-network with is Tricare and Medicare.
Do You Have a Cash-Pay Option?
Yes! For our cash-pay patients, we are able to offer competitive cash-pay rates for services and treatments.
