My experience there was refreshing! I was in pain from a sinus infection headache when I walked in. Valerie was very kind and helpful. She helped me to get signed in without me even asking. I also didn’t wait long at all. The clinic was very clean. Mady was wonderful at getting down all of the details of my symptoms and history for the practitioner and made me feel at home while I waited. The practitioner, Valerie showed one of the most kind and compassionate bedside manners that I have ever experienced. She really listened to my symptoms and offered and experienced approach to my care. She provided a comprehensive plan of action and made sure she called in my prescriptions before I left. Awesome job from the entire group!!

We’ve been using CommunityMed Family Urgent Care Mansfield’s services since its opening, and they’ve yet to fail with providing comfort and care with addressing our family’s needs. They offer patient visit hours outside of the typical doctor office hours, increased time efficiency and safety with virtual triage/check-in. After several visits for myself and three of my children (ages 3-11), I’m finally leaving a review. We’ve seen two different doctors here, and both have provided excellent care. Scheduling appointments is easy, the front desk staff is always kind and welcoming, and the wait times are minimal. They’ve always been able to get us in quickly.

Although I can’t recall the male physician’s name, he’s wonderful with kids, thorough, and takes his time to address all your questions and concerns. Elizabeth is incredibly kind, empathetic, and attentive, always listening carefully and conducting thorough exams.

This urgent care is our go-to for after-hours visits and minor medical needs. We cannot say enough good things about the staff and the consistently great experiences we’ve had. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate care.

I appreciate the time, care, and attention given to me at CommunityMed urgent care. They were very professional, prompt and the wait time was minimal. It was refreshing not having to wait a long time in the waiting room.

There was a TV monitor in the patients room that was showing helpful information on how to take care of ourselves. I noticed scrolling at the bottom of the screen were pictures and names of the staff working that day. I liked that because by the time my visit was finished, I knew all their names which was very comforting. kudos to whoever thought of this.

I am very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend CommunityMed urgent care.

Awesome place! These guys are very courteous and professional. I had to get my stitches out and they took care of me so fast I was amazed. If I was at a care now facility, I would’ve had to waited way longer. In fact a care now facility turned me away and that’s how I found this place. I’m glad I did.

Was there for maybe an hour… Pre-registered and set a time. They got me in quick, Dr answered all my questions and i didn’t feel rushed. One of the best urgent cares I’ve ever been too. Definitely beats going to sit at the ER for hours on end to just feel like another name on a piece of paper. Staff/front desk was very nice. 10/10 would recommend!

Be prepared to get ripped off.
I needed stitches on my finger. They did a good job (although completely missed with the Lidocaine, so I felt the sutures).
They said have them removed in 10 to 14 days, "you can remove them yourself, or come back and we'll do it no charge".
So I went back, since they seemed pleasant. Took about 7 minutes, no doctor.
Then FOUR MONTHS LATER, I get a bill for over $100.

The doctor Elizabeth is great. Always does her job. However the CMA who takes blood pressure & temp & swabs doesn’t do her job. Twice now this has happened. When swabbing for Covid you are supposed to go high enough and swirl 15 times. This CMA just barely touches the nose for a second getting the tip of swab not even a sample. Then she goes to swab the throat for strep throat and she touches the back tonsil area by barely touching the back. A simple poke and put she goes. There is a timer at the door the girl should push trimming the swabs. She didn’t even turn it on. When elizebeth the doctor comes in she looks at the throat and instantly said oh yes this is streptococcus (strep throat) you have while spots all over your tonsils and you have a fever. So she sends antibiotics to the pharmacy. The same thing occurred about 6 months ago where the girl who is a CMA certified medical assistant doesn’t do the test properly. If these test aren’t done properly then of course they will read negative. This is a real issue and needs to be addressed. I’m a paramedic and this is how I know what should be done properly or not. Paying for test and charging insurance and not even doing them properly is unacceptable.

Came here because I wasn't feeling well, they tested me for Covid, rsv, and strep throat which were all negative so the doctor dismissed it as a cold and prescribed cold medicine. Went to another urgent care because I knew I felt too bad to have just a cold. Ended up having the Flu type A. Wished they could've caught that or even suggested a flu test maybe I could've saved money on two co pays

I am deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the receptionist at this urgent care facility. Despite arriving before two other patients, our needs were completely disregarded as she decided to prioritize them over us. This blatant disregard for the basic rules and ethics of patient care is unacceptable.

Furthermore, the receptionist's actions resulted in an unnecessary delay of 15 minutes, during which we were left waiting without any valid reason. This not only demonstrates a lack of respect for our time and wellbeing but also highlights the lack of efficiency and organization within the facility.

As individuals seeking urgent medical attention, we rightfully expected to be treated in a fair and timely manner. It is disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior, which undermines the trust and confidence we had in this establishment.

It is essential for healthcare facilities to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring that patients are treated with respect, empathy, and efficiency. Unfortunately, our experience at this urgent care facility has left us questioning their commitment to these fundamental principles.

We strongly urge the management of this facility to address these issues and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and receive the care they require without unnecessary delays or preferential treatment based on arbitrary factors.
