Thank you for being open on a Sunday.Registered online, scanned the QR code when I got there.checked in when I got there. Carlos called and said to come in.Once I was in they brought me back and took great care of me. Excellent experience all around. Online registration and check-in was easy & user-friendly. I was able to wait in car and have phone triage to prevent spread and exposure of illness. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Nurse Beverly and provider Justin made me feel at ease. They were able to conduct all necessary testing, provide results, administer first round of meds and steroid shot, and send in rx to pharmacy. All around excellent experience and top-notch service.

DO NOT GO HEREThey will charge you twice for one visit and then say they cannot refund your money and it must be your bank’s fault.I spoke with the clinic and three separate people in their billing department. I emailed proof of (double) payment. Still no help resolving this issue. I was told to try and get the money back by disputing the charge through my bank but that there was nothing they can do, very crooked practices here.Edit- As soon as I posted a negative review someone called me and miraculously could help! 3 weeks after my appt I received a paper check refund. I paid with card. They could have easily refunded my card the same day but instead chose to send me a paper check that took weeks. And they did nothing until I posted a negative review.

Dear ManagementI recently visited the Highway 5 location in Melissa, Texas, due to an urgent matter. As a frequent visitor, I've noticed that the paperwork system has changed, and I find it quite cumbersome. Previously, the process was more streamlined, but now it requires significant manual paperwork both before and after my office visit.This outdated system is challenging and detracts from the otherwise excellent service provided by your wonderful staff and doctors. I kindly request that you consider revising the paperwork process to enhance efficiency. We truly value this facility for urgent situations.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If I could give a zero I really wish I could. Walked in with my son yesterday afternoon. Lady who greeted me was ice cold like a popsicle, dry, unfriendly, borderline rude and very unhelpful. Needless to say I walked right out. My money is good everywhere and if you’re miserable in your field please do yourself a favor and find work elsewhere. Customer service is not for you.For anyone reading this please go to Anna Integrity Care, took less than 5 minutes to get checked in and the fees for private pay aren’t inflated and you get top notch care with amazing providers and X-ray facilities on site.

I took a family member to this facility for an urgent matter. After checking in with the front desk, we were called back to a room to have the actual medical provider tell us they do not treat the issue we were there for and they sent us on our way. Meanwhile, they still billed my insurance and did not immediately return our copayment after not being seen in any way. We managed to get through the layers of bureaucracy to speak with a patient advocate who immediately refunded the copay and apologized. A year later we receive another bill for the unpaid balance the insurance company didn’t pay. Again, we contacted the patient advocate who again stated the issue was resolved and we would no longer be receiving bills. Now, one year later we are again getting these false billing statements. This time we called the advocate who referred us to the billing department. We had the misfortune of speaking with Michelle who was rude, spoke over us as was simply demeaning and unprofessional. She eventually agreed to write off the bill, but only after being the worst advocate for a company I’ve ever met. There will never be an occasion that I or any other member of my family will step foot in this pathetic business. The decent, caring medical professionals in this clinic need to find a more professional environment to make a living.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions, all have been terrible experiences.I waited for 2 hours and then told me they couldn’t see me til the next day… after 2 hours of waiting???I’ve waited up to 4 hours to be seen before and they don’t even let you leave and come back.All staff is crude and makes side remarks throughout your appointments, especially Crystal.If you’re trying to be seen quick and not spoken to like you’re a peasant, do yourself a favor and skip going here.

the receptionist at the front is very rude and does not know how to use her words properly in the medical clinic. For one I come in obviously in distress and ask how can I get an appointment. She does not question how I feel because as a medical staff you need to observe those things before you possibly lose a patient. After I go sign in one the website the question says "If you are in serious distress go inside immediately and tell the receptionist" I tell her and she goes "Since you CLAIM you are sick you will be seen quickly" Work on your word choice talking to patients I have lupus and the last thing I want to hear is someone trying to say I don't know how I feel. That immediately made me realize this place does not care about my well being. AND I HAVE INSURANCE AND I WAS TREATED THIS WAY. people of color don't go here not worth it.
