Frequently Asked
Questions
What is urgent care?
Urgent care provides treatment for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries that require prompt attention, without the long wait times of an emergency room.
How do I know if I should visit urgent care or the emergency room?
We are equipped to provide initial care for some emergencies but will transfer patients to the ER if needed.
What is the difference between a primary care clinic and an urgent care center?
A primary care clinic will provide ongoing management of illnesses and preventive care. An urgent care center can provide immediate treatment for non-life-threatening medical conditions outside of regular doctor office hours.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but you can also check in online for a shorter wait time.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday, 12 PM to 8 PM. We’re open on weekends and most holidays for your convenience!
