Select the clinic for your athletic physical. These physicals are for 18 years and younger. The free in-network school physicals are for the following insurances: Blue Cross, Humana, Cigna, Scott & White Health Plan and United Healthcare. These in-network physicals will encompass a more comprehensive wellness exam. The $49 athletic physicals are required health review for your UIL school physical.
