The entire staff is professional, polite, quick to help and thorough. I was seen at the time I requested. It did not take long for a provider to see me after the medical assistant was done. They sent my prescription just as they said. Over all great experience. Thank you for helping me!!

Used this facility many times, from common colds to split-open finger, and they’ve always been excellent. You check in and do medical history over the phone while you sit in your car, and the wait inside has never been more than five minutes. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I decided to go In for a really bad respiratory infection and booked an appointment for the next morning. No sitting all night in the ER, no begging your family doctor for an appointment at least a week away. I think you’ll like them.

Outstanding protocols in place to keep everyone safe. I like staying in my car to do pre check in and triage. They call you in one at a time so there’s no one else but you in the lobby. Once they verify your information you are immediately taken to your examination room which has been sanitized.

Making an appointment online was easy and once there very little waiting. Staff and doctor are very friendly. The doctor diagnosed me and sent a prescription to my pharmacy telling me to call them if symptoms got worse or if I wasn't better in two days. I'd recommend this location to anyone needing medical care. Was in and out in 30 minutes.

Just amazing!! From the QR code check-in process to paying my co-pay with the front desk and then off to see the provider, I was totally taken care of and in such a timely manner. I was able to get in at 11 am and out by 12:15 pm. The medical staff was super professional and so timely with getting all needed tests/X-rays completed.

The customer service here is second to none! I walked in literally 5-6 minutes before closing time with a deep cut on my hand that required sutures. They welcomed me in with no frustration or attitude and immediately made me feel comfortable. I was in and out with record time and I received great service. Amazing!!!!!Gloria, Bonnie, Whitney, & Chelsea were all amazing. We walked in at 7:56 with a cut that needed sutures— this location closes at 8! They did not frown or get upset because it was so close to closing time. They ALL were sooooooo darn friendly and provided entertainment as well because my friend hates needles!! We are so thankful for this staff. Gloria did a great job with the sutures— she was gentle and explained everything thoroughly!!! I highly recommend this place. Please continue to be amazing to patients. An injury is already stressful and they placed us at ease!!!

Based on my experience, this urgent care facility is the place to go to if you’re looking for kind, attentive staff with great communication. I checked in online for a 7:30pm appointment. There was a patient there who was quite rude and impatient with the front desk and not once did the staff ever lose professionalism.This place exceeded what I hoped for. My health concerns were taken seriously and were handled with care and diligence. I even received a handwritten card from them in the mail afterwards. If I ever need to go to an urgent care team in the future, I will definitely be returning to this one. Bonnie the front desk is just and amazing soul. She was very professional and helped me sort out my insurance .And that beautiful smile. She even helped me with my cell phone issues!P.K the star! Very knowledge very polite very professional! She gave me two shots and I didn’t feel a thing. But her countenance was what actually healed me. She’s a Star and a keeper!Ah ! Alison. What is there to say? You have to experience her to understand. If all medical providers were like her, we wouldn’t have a need for hospitals. 10000% knowledgeable, professional and so pleasant. I don’t pray to fall I’ll, but I now know where to go whenever the needs arises.Thank you all for being the best.

I registered online and was worried because the first appointment "block" time was an hour and a half away, but we went ahead and drove over and checked in about an hour and 15 minutes early. My son was seen right away. The front desk staff was courteous and quick. We were called back immediately. Curtis, the nurse was efficient and great (perfect for my high-anxiety son). Kathy, the nurse practitioner was wonderful -- very caring and kind and waited with us for a long time. She made sure that the numbing medication had done its job before beginning the procedure. When my son had a vagus response, Curis and Kathy were both there to ensure that everything was ok. I highly recommend this place. The people care a lot, are knowledgeable and quick without it feeling rushed.

Had the pleasure of visiting this facility this morning and I was very impressed.I encountered the most professional staff of any medical facility that I ever visited in my entire life. They were extremely professional and treated me with excellent attitudes, friendliness, courtesy, and made me feel important. The care was above and beyond what I expected. The entire staff are the epitome of excellence and serve as an example for others to emulate.

I give this facility and it’s staff 5 plus Stars! I brought my 4 yr. old grandson here 6/28/2018. I must say everyone was polite and professional from the nice young lady at the front desk, the gentleman who took the vitals, to the very knowledgeable nurse practitioner who administered treatment and gave us helpful information to take with us.I would recommend this urgent care clinic to who ever is in need of a great medical facility.Keep up the great work, respect and professionalism towards your patients.Kudos to the staff!!!!!🙂🙂🙂

Excellent! First time there and it was great. My daughter was in need for a sports physical and I could not take a day off from work to take her to her pediatrician, so I decided to take her to an urgent care. I found them on google and made the appointment online, super easy. Upon arrival the staff was super friendly, and helpful. The provider was so nice. I definitely recommend this urgent care center.

I love Community Med I joined this group a short while back in October and the best move professionally that I have made. The clinical staff is well rounded and quick to handle any issue with ease, confidence and professionalism. To the front desk staff during one of the craziest time of the world the team of front desk members stepped up and handled their duties with ease. I am glad I found my forever work home.

Quick, kind and caring!!! Wow, very impressed and relieved!!! I hate going to doctors and especially urgent care places, but love this place!Get experience from setting up appointment online, getting called right when I text them I was in parking lot. The receptionist was awesome! Never had a better experience at any clinic. If you come here and Chelsea is working then you’ll have the same great experience I had. She was extremely helpful and patient. Will return just because of this experience.

I was really impressed registration was really easy, I love that they send you a text message to let you know when you can come in. The receptionist was professional and friendly. I only waited 3 minutes in the waiting room. The Ma/xray technician was very professional, friendly and caring. The PA did an awesome job. I recommend this place to everyone.

Oh my goodness!!! My husband made my appointment here when I was feeling so bad. Of course I didn’t want to go, but did so, reluctantly. The minute I opened the door the receptionist greeted me and was so kind and sweet, not like most places where they seem annoyed that you walked in the door. I was seated and within 1 minute they called me back (no exaggeration). And then...here comes the best part, the nurse practitioner was an absolute doll. She made me feel like we’d been friends for a long time,. She gave extremely good advice and the perfect prescription for nausea. So if somebody in the office sees this review please leave a comment below what her name is and tell her thank you. I am one very happy patient and will be back again...but not too soon I hope!I give them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars!

Everyone was very kind, courteous, attentive, safe and the COVID test was extremely fast. I was in and out of the clinic in ~20 minutes.Fortunately, my test came back negative and I'm very thankful for that along with everyone taking the time to provide the test while putting themselves in potential danger.Thank you all for putting my mind at ease knowing that my family and I are safe!God bless you all!

Amazing patient service and employee attitude! I have finally encountered a professional group of physicians and physician assistants. I truly appreciate their help with getting all the forms sent and completed, then once there the rate of speed at which I was acknowledged and seen and given my results was incredibly fast. I have not one single thing to say negative about this place or the doctors and assistants who care for the patients! Just a great group of people! Thank you! I feel like I have been hit by a bus and you just made everything so much easier for me.

Quick and efficient! There’s nothing I hate more than waiting past my scheduled appointment time and that almost never happens here. Even when I do wait it’s only a few minutes. I’ve been here multiple times in the past few weeks for myself or someone else in my family and they’ve always been great and I get my results in minutes!! Very happy customer.

I went to get a COVID test. I just turned 18 and I am new to going to the doctors alone, but the med tech I worked with, Steven, was amazing. He was patient and kind to me as I stumbled through the procedures. The rest of the experience was pleasant as well, I was in and out quick while they took all proper safety procedures. Would absolutely recommend.

They were timely. I texted when I arrived. Waited in the car. When they were ready I was admitted straight into the exam room. The nurse and practitioner were friendly and professional. Both took time to answer my questions. No contact with other patients. Careful to limit exposure due to the Corona Virus.

The nurse and doctor who took care of my needs were excellent and very professional. The admin answering the phones was very unprofessional and rude. I arrived 2 hours before they opened. I called to schedule an appointment bc the sign on the door stated not to come in if you are there for Covid testing. I called the number in the door to set an appointment, also went online to schedule the appointment. The time of the appointment came and went, I called the number again to confirm my appointment and what I should do bc I was outside of the building waiting. The rep rudely expressed to me that I made the appointment at the wrong place bc she did not have a record of me. I read off the address and number I received as confirmation for my appointment. It was that of her office. To this she responded with "I'm not about to go back and fourth with you." After I expressed my concern with her attitude and her making false statements without basis and then not addressing my reason for being there in the first place. She then again told me she was not going to go back and forth with me and then placed me on an abrupt and immediate hold. I then walked inside to see her laughing and joking with her co-workers while eating chicken express. I looked down on the counter and there is the receiver with me still on hold! I asked "is this why you put me on hold? To have casual conversation with your co-workers and to eat your lunch?" She responded with, she was about to come back on line and set up my appointment. This is unacceptable!! She then began with more attitude and sarcastic remarks. I ended the conversation by asking her to please just set up my appointment so I could be seen and go on about my day.When you are in the industry of health care there should be more accountable measure, checks and balances, for professionalism. As this young woman began, there were four others in the office who were standing with her who all scattered and decided not to step in or address this employee or stepping in to assist the customer/myself.Again, the rest of the staff was great & this one young lady Was not a representation of the rest of the staff!

Receiving care from the actual doctor (Dr. Dave) and the nursing staff was excellent! Could not ask for better treatment for myself or my children. My issue comes from the front desk. I went there 2 days in a row. (11/15/2022 and 11/16/2022) The first day was for myself and the person taking payment said that I had about $23 and change until my deductible through my insurance was met but he claimed to have ignored it and just charged me the $15.00 co-pay and told me that he did me a favor. Cool. The next day I took my two children to receive care as they were starting to show signs of illness. Before arriving I called my insurance to see if my deductible has been met and they assured me that it had been met for the year. I show up to the front desk and I'm being asked to pay $171 and change per child! I told the person who was quoting us that I called my insurance before arriving and they assured me that my deductible had been met. He then told me that the day prior that he mentioned nothing about my deductible but my out of pocket had not been met. Again, I get on the phone with my insurance while my wife was taking care of payment and asking why the high cost. My insurance said that once my deductible was met I should only have to pay the co-payment and that the out of pocket shouldn't be a thing. Insurance takes care of 80% of the cost and I'm responsible for the 20% after the co-pay. The insurance person over the phone then explained to me that this could be one of the offices that overcharges because people that are insured are not paying their percentage the of the final bill. They estimate the cost and in most cases overcharge, send the bill to the insurance and then the insured person or party gets the refund if there is one after everything has been processed. My question is: why couldn't the guy at the front desk explain it that way? It's a tough pill to swallow but be straight with the people you interact with! Explain to people that hey, were charging you extra to make sure we get payment because the people before you didn't pay their percentage of payment.

DO NOT GO HEREFirstly, the front desk receptionist is very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional at all times. Secondly, the nursing staffs from the MA to the NP are also very unprofessional, unreliable and don't seem like they know what they're doing, especially the NP whose name is Nam.I went there for a sick visit and told them that I would like to use the pharmacy down the street from them. But guess what? After I was seen, they sent my prescription to another pharmacy which is 20 miles away from where I live. I called the clinic to see if they can switch it back to the one I had earlier requested for, but the rude "Phone answerer" (receptionist) had the guts to tell me there's nothing they could do and I needed to call the other pharmacy to correct their own mistake. I was forced to go back to the clinic to make sure their mistake was corrected. And even at that, none of them showed any remorse or even tried to apologize. The rookie and incompetent Nam the NP just sat there staring without uttering any words. I just wasted my whole day visiting their "Urgent Clinic." It was more like an "All Day" Clinic. Nothing urgent about them.I will recommend you go there if you would love to waste your time and money.

I really had a terrible experience here this past weekend. I’ve frequented this facility multiple times in the past and had more pleasant experiences. This time around I was greeted by an extremely rude health care worker, Anna, who was disrespectful and had absolutely no bedside manner. I had to request another person to administer my Covid test because the experience with her was so unprofessional. The provider and rest of the staff I dealt with that day were kind, compassionate, and professional. I work in health care myself and know how patients should be treated when they are vulnerable and not feeling well. This was not it. I’ve reached out to the patient advocate and I’m waiting to hear back. You can have a great establishment but one poor encounter can turn people away from your facility. I will not be returning.

Horrible!!!! I walked in with lower back and upper leg pain. I called first to see if they would treat me. I went over there and then was told they’d have to do exrays. For a muscle sprain!!! All I did was go swimming I explained why I hurt what I did and they turned me away even in pain. I am to say the least very upset. I got there at 7:35 and they said it would take them too long to examine me and do exray!!! No compassion. They just wanted to make sure they were out in time!!!!

Went here to get services and the medical assistant was very nice and did her job great!But then, the fat nurse practitioner,Christina was totally rude the second that she walked into the room. She was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Did not do a thorough exam. Didnt ask any questions about how i was feeling. It was like she just wanted to hurry me up and get on out. I literally had to ask her if we were through with the visit. Christina, If you do not like you job that much,get another profession. I will not waste my money or my time for someone who does not like what they do for a living.

Was seen by Christina and she was not friendly at all. She made you feel bad about coming in. I told her why I was there and she just listened to my lungs really quickly. I paid 125 and she spent no more than two minutes with me. She did not check my throat or my ears or check my lymph nodes. I feel I did not get fully checked out. I felt like I was just pushed through so they could collect the next payment.

please do not go here. i was feeling very unwell and after an hour and a half wait, i waited for another hour in the exam room. the head nurse was extremely condescending. the nurse tech was nice but was inexperienced and provided the service incorrectly, resulting in more pain. at the end of the visit the head nurse told me to see a specialist, told me there was nothing they could do, and sent me on my way to pick up an antibiotic she prescribed even though she could not confirm that i needed it. i started the antibiotic anyways, but after visiting a specialist, i quickly learned that i did not need it and the head nurse had missed several factors that would have identified what i needed. very unhappy with my experience.

Went in because I had a sinus infection. The nurse practitioner said she would give me a steroid shot. I explained my concern because I am a diabetic and have been told repeatedly before by doctors this is not a good idea. She explained that it would only raise my sugar by 10 or 20 points. She then suggested I take Sudafed. When picking it up I noticed it had a warning for diabetics. I called the office and was told to go ahead and take it. I monitored my sugar closely and by 2 hours later my sugar was 425 And rising. Went to the ER and was there 7 hours and they only got my level to 215. They said had I not gone in it would have been worse. I am not happy with the negligence by this individual that could have cost me my life. The next few days I will Have to be extra sensitive and vigilant to my sugar levels. I now even have to take a new insulin to guard against the spikes. My lawyer is about to be called. I am sure that like other negative post this one will not be answered. I guess I may need to take other action.

I went in for Covid testing. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse were very warm and friendly. I asked to speak to the doctor or the nurse practitioner because I had a question.Christina was very nonchalant about my concerns. She acted as if it were a bother for me to ask her(an expert) a simple question about Covid-19.
