For every student who completes a physical or wellness exam at one of our clinics using your district’s dedicated code, we’ll donate $1 back to your ISD—as a thank-you for partnering with us to support student health and readiness.

What Your ISD Can Expect
Your students are in good hands—our team takes care of the details while giving back to the schools we proudly serve.
Choose your preferred date(s) for in-clinic or on-campus physicals, and we’ll manage everything from registration and reminders to care delivery. Families pre-register online, and students receive either a wellness exam or a basic physical based on insurance eligibility. For every in-clinic visit using your district’s code, we’ll donate $1 back to your ISD as a thank-you for supporting student health and readiness.
STEP 1
We’ll work with you to schedule a dedicated in-clinic week or on-campus day between May and August, with staffing tailored to meet your students’ needs.
STEP 2
We’ll provide a custom registration link, and QR code tied to your ISD’s coupon code. Just share with parents and staff—we’ll take it from there.
STEP 3
Parents pre-register with student info, consent, and insurance or payment details so we can prepare in advance for a smooth visit.
STEP 4
We provide care on the scheduled date and handle everything from staffing to reporting and donation follow-up.

FAQs
What is the cost of a physical through this program?
We offer discounted physicals for $30 through this program. This rate applies to students who either don’t have insurance or have already used their annual wellness exam for the year. The $30 covers a basic school or sports physical, including all required screenings for school and sports participation.
When is the physical free?
If a student who is covered by in-network insurance has not used their annual wellness benefit (typically one per year), we can provide a full wellness exam at no cost to the family. This exam exceeds all school and sports physical requirements and offers a more comprehensive health check.
What if a student doesn’t have insurance?
No problem! Students without insurance can still receive a basic physical for the discounted $30 rate. No one is turned away based on insurance status.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept most major commercial insurance plans including Medicare and Tricare. Please note: We do not accept Medicaid at this time.
How does the $1 donation work?
For every physical completed at our clinic for students who registered using the dedicated coupon code through this program—we donate $1 back to your school or district as a thank-you for partnering with us and supporting community wellness.

What happens if a student misses their appointment?
We understand that things happen, and we’ll do our best to accommodate students who arrive late. If a student is more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule them for the next available time, if space allows.
If the program is full and a student needs to schedule their physical outside of the designated event dates, we will honor the $30 pricing and school donation for up to 30 days—as long as they use the dedicated coupon code provided during registration.
When should we schedule our event?
We’re currently booking physicals for May, June, and July, and slots are limited. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your preferred dates.
