Great experience for us- excellent care and the front desk was great & the PA, who was floating was right on target. I had to get around the tech thing, but the front desk helped and was extremely patient!!!And now we’ve had our second visit after they were so sick again, but now it was for other things… Sinuses, a rash (not measles) But everyone was amazing all over again, very kind, and quick to get us in And the PA was very thorough. Never a bad experience.Back again here! 3/30/25. Oldest son has a fractured wrist 😩. X-ray on site, excellent care.

Staff are professional and caring. They do not rush you through the visit. All are kind and knowledgeable. Their check in proses allows one patient at a time in the waiting room area so there is less chance of spread of bacteria throughout lobby area. Once you arrive in one of their designated parking spots the sign will tell u to scan the barcode on the sign of your parking spot You will wait in your car until u get a text to come in.

Great service and being able to handle a case on a Saturday night. Made the online reservation around 6pm while at dinner for 7 pm. Got there, the wait time was less than 5 minutes. Anton the Dr. diagnosed my issue, ordered the script and I was out the door in under 30 minutes. Very professional!

Best part is they take Tricare insurance & know how to accept its unique information. Facility is neat/clean. Staff & provider were friendly & supportive. Location is great & down the road from pharmacy. Only setback is I made an apt & seem 35 minutes after said time. However, I’ll take all the above positive aspects over waiting 30 minutes later for this type of service & care. Thanks team!

Walking in the receptionist was very kind & made me feel welcomed. I was not a fan of the nurse but she got her job done. The PA Anton Appleqvist was excellent and listened to everything I said. He prescribed me some medication & a steroid shot. I am in the mend and feeling better. I would definitely recommend this care facility.

I’m not a fan of waiting in my vehicle to go inside to be seen, but everyone was professional and polite. Scheduling was easy and I got in at the time I requested. I was treated quickly for a terrible seasonal allergy flare up that wrecked my ability to sleep and otc meds were not working for. But within 30 min of leaving my appointment, the treatment they gave me provided 90% relief! So grateful to be seen quickly and for their understanding and recommendations to follow up with some otc meds that would work better for me.

This review is coming from a physician: I am awarding the clinic 3 stars instead of one because it is physician owned instead of a corporate practice and I dont want to punish your office for “not knowing better”. This is a “try harder” review to help you improve.I recommend you have a menu that lists pricing by level of service as well as added services (CPT’s).I brought in my mom for routine x-rays as she was having pain in her leg and I noted findings suggestive of hardware loosening in her knee replacement on physical examination. All I wanted was to consult with one of your doctors and get an x-ray before physical therapy tomorrow. When I asked the front desk attendant if she could give me an estimate of the cost of the visit not only did she tell me that she could not, but she acted like the request was irrational. She was able to estimate that the visit would be a Level-4 visit (which up front I dont know how she would know that unless you routinely upchart visits but none the less she could not tell me the cash cost for that level 4 visit. Additionally she could not tell me what the cost of plain films (3 view knee and 2 view tib/fib) would be. Furthermore she interrupted me to tell me that I should have called the billing department before coming in to get that information.So what went wrong:An educated consumer (peer) asked a reasonable question about costInstead of validating that need (even if unable to address) she made me feel like I was asking something irrational and that I was the problemShe did not offer to investigate further or pass on a recommendation rather she made sure that I knew that I was an outlier by saying that she had been working there for 4 years and I was the only person that had ever asked that.We subsequently left and I referred her to Touchtone imaging where the receptionist was able to give me up front cash pricing.

I've been going to this clinic since it opened, never had any issues. Ive recommended this place to friends, co-workers and neighbors. Now it seems their customer service/care has rapidly declined. The intake nurse was incredibly rude, talked over me when I was answering her questions and generally seemed annoyed with her job. The next person that walked in the room introduced herself as the "provider," not sure if she was a doctor or what. I wasn't given any discharge papers, no notes for follow-up, no notes on the medications. When I asked for notes, I was told to just put it in my phone myself. The only pleasant experience was the sweet receptionist at the front desk.

We come here often and always have a great experience. Today, unfortunately, has taken a super long time. Our appointment time was 12:30-1 and we are still here waiting for the doctor at 1:45. I understand getting a little behind, but this is quite bad - they opened at 12.

Lack of willingness to assist, claims it's walk in, but if you're close to the locations closing hours they will deny you or mislead you to believe they are more crowded than they appear, and the most important for me is they are just flat out RUDE! I highly recommend using Breeze or any other location for care rather than a headache.
