Telemed at CommunityMed
Our Telemedicine hours are open and available to patients 14-64 years of age. Services are available to patients under 18 years of age if they are accompanied by an adult. Visit a CommunityMed clinic within a week, if symptoms are not getting better or if symptoms are worsening.
If using insurance, your co-pay/deductible will apply at the contracted rates for the Telemedicine visit.

Our Telemedicine services are highly secure. Keeping your health information protected is a top priority.
- A new patient who wants to be seen for a new visit must be between 14 years old and 64 years old. Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult relative during the entire visit
- An established patient, who has been seen within the past 7 days at one of our clinics that is 64 years old and younger, can do a Telemed follow up visit. Those patients under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult relative during the entire visit.

Pay appropriate copay or deductible fees. If cash-pay, the fee will be $89.

Receive a text with the link to the telemed visit and get better!

If you are experiencing shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness or change of mental status, please call 911.
There are certain conditions which we are not able to treat through a telemedicine visit. If it is decided that you need to be seen at the clinic, any amount that you have paid for the telemedicine visit will be applied to an in-person, CommunityMed clinic visit.
